This pack features our most popular grit bin which has a 175 litre capacity and is practical for storing grit / salt on both residential and commercial premises. Everything you need to tackle the extreme winter weather is delivered directly to your door on a pallet in one handy pack. Our winter pack includes:
- 6 Cu Ft Grit Bin
- 100 Kg of brown rock salt
- 1 x Shovel
- 1 x Pair of gloves
- 1 x High vis vest
The bin is manufactured from durable and UV-resistant polyethylene and is available in a choice of four colours including dark green and stone effect, which look attractive in your garden or on your path, drive or business premises.
The grit bin features an angled lid designed to minimise the amount of snow and ice settling on top of the bin and this ensures ease of use in winter weather. The angled lid also allows rain water to run off.
Our 175 litre grit salt bins are inter-stackable (up to 9 high) and this makes them ideal for storage during the summer months when not being used for storing grit. This also means great savings on delivery as up to 18 bins will fit on a standard size pallet.
An optional GRIT / SALT adhesive decal is available to clearly indicate the use of the bin and to keep your stock of grit salt safe and secure from theft, an optional hasp and staple is available (padlock not included).
Additional Grit / Salt - this winter pack comes with 100 kg of brown rock salt as standard, and this option adds another 80 kg (4 x 20 kg bags), enough salt to fill the grit bin (approx. 175 kg).
